Please record a package opening video. We are unable to offer any compensation for damaged or incorrect orders if an unboxing video is not provided. Returns accepted up to 14 days after purchase if you change your mind or are unhappy with your product. The customer is responsible for this cost. Opened/Unsealed items are not eligible for returns or refunds. 

The outside product covers or boxes are for protective use only. It is not grounds for refund or return if you receive packaging with minor dents or scratches. Please remember that all our products are imported directly from Korea and have a long journey until they reach us here in Ireland. Please contact us straight away if you have any issues with your order.

Items are dispatched within 1-3 business days for non pre-order items. However, please be advised that in some circumstances, shipping may take slightly longer. Please contact us if you have any questions about our shipping times.

Please note that if your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will be dispatched once the pre-order items are on hand.
